Membership FAQs

How long does membership last?▼
All NiPSA memberships are annual (1 year from activation). You will receive a renewal reminder 30 days before expiry.
When is my account activated?▼
Your account is activated automatically, immediately after your Paystack payment is confirmed.
What if I already submitted the form but did not pay?▼
Log back in to the Membership page, register with the same email to be redirected to login, or contact the secretariat with your reference code and we will resend your plan/payment step.
Can I upgrade my plan later?▼
Yes. Contact the secretariat at nipsafrica@gmail.com or via WhatsApp to upgrade and pay the plan difference.
Who qualifies for NiPSA membership?▼
NiPSA is open to: (1) Associations & Networks, (2) Corporates & Companies, and (3) International/Multinational organisations operating in or interested in Nigeria.
Is my payment information secure?▼
Yes. Payments are processed securely by Paystack; NiPSA never sees or stores your card details, and your registration details are encrypted in our database.
